Sue Paw

Sue Paw is enrolled at the University of Minnesota and aspires to become the first Karen-speaking aerospace engineer at NASA.

Sue is fluent in Karen and English and embodies playfulness, understanding, and good listening skills, making her an effective mentor. She is particularly patient and sees patience as a powerful force for positive change.

Being a mentor has been a transformative experience for Sue. Recognizing the uniqueness of each child, she has learned to connect with them on an individual level, boosting her confidence in communicating with others. She envisions a future where all children have a safe space to express themselves and feel comfortable, along with reliable role models.
