Cinderella Nwe brings a sense of fun, relatability, and patience to her mentorship. Patience is her superpower, and she understands the importance of patience with personal progress, believing everyone's journey unfolds at its own pace. Fluent in Karen and English, she bridges language gaps to connect with students.

Being a mentor has left a life-long impact on her. Engaging with children from diverse backgrounds has opened her eyes to the challenges they face. She couldn’t think of a better place to work. This experience has increased her awareness and deepened her understanding of the various realities that children navigate.

Cinderella attends the University of Minnesota and aspires to become a physical therapist.
