Chartwell Fuels Future with $25,000 Donation to the JP4 Foundation’s After-School Mentoring Program

St. Paul, MN – The JP4 Foundation is proud to announce Chartwell Financial Advisory Inc.’s commitment to fostering a brighter future by donating $25,000 to the JP4 Foundation’s one-of-a-kind after-school mentoring program, Diamond Club. This significant contribution reaffirms Chartwell’s steadfast dedication to making a meaningful impact in the community and echoes its core mission of creating a better world for all.

Under the banner of “Chartwell Charity for Kids,” Chartwell champions sustainability and recognizes that investing in the next generation is pivotal in enhancing our communities and enriching the lives of our neighbors.

“What the JP4 Foundation is offering to kids in our community is something we are proud to stand behind,” Chartwell Managing Director Wil Becker stated. “This program is different from most. It puts social and life skills at the forefront while ensuring kids have mentors from their community to build relationships with. We believe in the power of investing in our youth and fostering strong mentorship bonds. This partnership with the JP4 Foundation aligns seamlessly with our commitment to creating lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.”

The JP4 Foundation’s after-school program, Diamond Club, distinguishes itself with its exceptional mentoring approach. The unprecedented 2:1 student-to-mentor ratio underscores the personalized attention each student receives. Notably, JP4 prides itself on enlisting mentors from the very communities it serves, ensuring a deep-rooted connection and understanding.

Believing that the student-mentorship relationship plays a vital role in the growth and development of young minds, JP4 takes great care in training mentors to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to guide students effectively.

The $25,000 contribution from Chartwell is poised to provide indispensable sustenance to JP4’s ongoing programming, amplifying its impact in nurturing young minds.

“We are thrilled to receive a $25,000 contribution from Chartwell, which will provide much-needed support to our ongoing programming,” said Jeff Huth, JP4 Foundation executive director. “This generous donation will help us to nurture young minds and amplify our impact, allowing us to make a real difference in the lives of our students. We are grateful to Chartwell for their support and look forward to continuing to work together to make a difference in our community.”

Presently, JP4’s initiative touches the lives of 120 children weekly across Urban Academy and Achieve Language Academy, two public charter schools. The program’s efficacy has garnered the attention of teachers, school administrators, parents, and neighboring community organizations and schools. Elementary school administrators interested in hosting Diamond Club in the 2024-2025 school year can contact JP4 Foundation executive director Jeff Huth.
